Apologies if we've been here before! At 74 and still having flushes during the day, I'm battling sand paper texture on my chin, nose and forehead. I've stopped using anything to cleanse with...simply warm water and cotton wool but recently using L'Oreal's face cream for added hydration, skin plumping etc and it's helping.
Anyone else battling with facial sandpaper?? Advice pls? x
