I am about to turn 63 and this has suddenly come out of nowhere every two weeks for the past two months I had thought it was due to Long Covid but am wondering now reading this. Just horrendous anxiety and heart palpitations out of the blue. During menopause I consulates a very popular hormone specialist and she said she treated a lot of women in their mid sixties who had a return of symptoms. I really can’t handle all this again. Just too much to ope with.
