Please can someone out there help me, I was on 2mg Zumeron for about 11yrs and as I am now over 56yrs I thought I would try patch,was on that for about a month and felt really angry, depressed, really horrible so my meno nurse gave me Sandrena gel 1mg that was 3 weeks ago and omg the nausea is really bad, if it wasnt for me having Stemetil ani sickness pill I thinks I would cry, my IBS is really bad, I feel bloated, still no sleep, how long do I give the gel before I give up cause I am struggling to continue,

yes the meno nurse said the gel doesnt work then I can go back to the pills, I was hoping nearly 3 weeks on the side effects would have gone, I even put half a sachet on last night and yet again nausea today, I thought as it goes straight into your system I was getting too much estrogen, hence the nausea, mood swing, my Ibs flaring up but I honestly am fed up of the feeling unweel.
