I had a really bad pain all across the top of my stomach on Tuesday evening kept me awake till 1.30am came from nowhere. I finished eating at 7pm so don’t think it was indigestion but I was pacing the room trying to ease the pain. I decided to call my dr on Wednesday & after seeing her I was sent straight to a&e as she couldn’t rule out a cardiac issue. I received fantastic care I had blood tests an ecg a chest xray all ok apart from 1 blood test which said i was high risk of a blood clot so I went back on Thursday for a ct scan. No clot thank goodness & I was back again on Saturday for an ultrasound on my stomach. Liver kidneys pancreas all fine but the dr highlighted something on the right side of my heart! It’s strange my chest xray was clear so now I’m waiting for an echocardiogram & a 24 hour monitor. I’m now sitting thinking I’m about to have a heart attack at any minute. How does anyone else deal with health anxiety? Any advice greatly appreciated 🤔
