I am 55, 2 years post menopause and I have decided I need to get myself sorted after years of just about coping with 1 symptom or another of peri and now menopause all before Davina McCall etc sharing their experiences and telling everyone what it is really like for us woman ...
So, the symptoms I have currently are:- vaginal dryness (which I have hopefully started to help by using ovestin), low energy, low mood and no libido and I was just wondering if you lovely ladies have any advice you could give to me and advise what would possibly be best for me between evorel conti patches (which I have a prescription for but I am still in two minds about starting) or since joining this forum Tibolone (which I had not heard of before but I see some ladies have preferred it for my symptoms namely low energy, low mood and no libido).
Any thoughts/experiences and advice would be greatly appreciated x
