Has anyone tried or are using sea buckthorn capsules for vaginal dryness and have found one make better than another?

I tried them a few years ago before I started Vagifem. Don't think they made much difference to me really. I used to get the ones from Healthspan.

Hope you find them helpful if you do give them a try. There are quite a lot if you search online, but they can be quite expensive.

I take these but for dry skin, eyes & mouth. Can't say they've made much of a difference tbh, I have also increased my oestrogen in that time so the dryness has got a little better but I can't tell if it's the oestrogen or the capsules.

I'll continue to take them anyway as they do have lots of health benefits xx
