I've been on HRT for 14 months. I was peri, with irregular periods.
My GP asked if I wanted to bleed, I said not if I didn't have to as it was so all over the place, so she put me on Evorel Conti 50 in August 22.
Still struggling with brain fog, tiredness and lack of interest in life, I went to Newson and began Testogel in May.
I went back to my GP at the end of August as I was beginning to get night sweats and feeling dopey again.
I asked to switch and was put on Oestrogel 3 pumps and Utrogestan 100 continuously, this was 6 weeks ago. Still taking Testogel.
I am much better than I was but I still battle awful brain fog and a general dopeyness, like I've left my brain in bed, that just doesn't shift.
It seems worst in the week before and during when my period would be due. I haven't had a bleed since June 23.
Today I've given myself 4 pumps of Oestrogel in the vain hope of some improvement.
My last blood test showed oestrogen was 318, this was the week my period would have been due. All other bloods are fine. Diet is good.
Has anyone got any thoughts and suggestions on anything else I can try or tweak, to try and get my brain out of this foggy dopey state?
Thank you all
