Utrogestan every 2 or 3 days?
« on: September 20, 2023, 04:02:10 PM »

Has anyone used utrogestan every few days instead of every night?

To be clear I’m not on oestrogen. I’d be taking it for post covid, having too high oestrogen, and all that comes with that.

My last day 21 blood test my oestrogen was 999pmol and I was bedridden with what felt like flu. Two days later I’m ok again.

I’ve tried cream, daily utrogestan both orally and vaginally and at 100 and 200mg doses. It helps some aspects like anxiety but makes other things worse.

I was seeing Corrine Fletcher the memo doctor who suggested trying utrogestan every 3 days to start with. Has anyone tried this? I’d be concerned re ups and downs.

My body requires consistency! I’m 44 and early peri I think. I don’t require oestrogen.
