Missed two days of Utrogestan, now bleeding

About ten days ago, I had a tummy bug, so didn't take Utrogestan, as I would have thrown it back up. The first day back on the tablet, I had brown/bloody discharge (sorry) which has slowly reduced over the last week, but I'm still spotting. This hasn't happened before. I'm assuming it's linked to missing two doses, but am concerned it might be something else and a coincidence that it happened after the bug.

Any thoughts?

Hi it’s likely that it’s because you missed the two days of Utrogestan x
