Hey, I'm a newbie to this forum malarkey and don't really know what I'm doing   
I'm going to attempt to post a question if I can find the alternative therapies board (if there is one). It takes me ages to learn new things so I may be some time.

I've been on here for a wee while now and still get stuck techy wise. Can't blame it all on brain fog !
 
Do have a good browse around too, the search button is good for specifics too, but just post whatever whenever. Even when it's just if you need a bit of support of course
