As some of you may have read from other posts I have been struggling with managing symptoms on HRT and am planning to have a break from it next month.
One of my new symptoms that has occurred a few times in the past 3 or 4 months is nausea/quesiness which comes from nowhere and is in waves. The only thing I can think of is it is when I am on my 14 days of utrogestan. I havent had it for the previous 2 years of HRT but my hormones have been fluctuating just wildly lately. Has anyone else had this?
