Hello,
I'm trying to work out the dosing of Evorel 50 vs Oestrogel and how much estrogen you get in a day for each. It seems like for Oestrogel one pump is 750 mcg estradiol which is really simple.

For the Evorel 50 it says each patch has 3.2mg of estradiol releaseing 50 mcg per 24 hours. I'm really confused about what happens to the other estradiol after 3 days when you change the patch. Are you only getting 150mcg in a patch over 3 days? That's way less than for oestrogel. I really can't work this out!! 

If anyone has any knowledge about this I'd be so grateful for your insight! Many thanks.

Hi 2pumps of Oestrogel is the equivalent of a 50 patch.
