Hi ladies
Hopefully someone can help 🙏
I have been on vaginal estrogen for 2 years now. I have also been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis.
When I'm anxious (mainly about my health problems) I get really anxious which in turn makes me pee(or want to pee constantly)
I am on Elmiron + amitriptyline+ didn't really want to be on another pill for anxiety+ yet another for OAB.
I realise full HRT can help anxiety but would it help the OAB too ?
Any help would be appreciated 🙏

Has the vaginal estrogen been helping at all? I can't help with your HRT question,  I only use vaginal estrogen but I know health anxiety seems so common amongst women on this forum. I also have it. Hopefully someone will respond
