Looking for more advice please ladies.

I'm taking utrogestan & 2 pumps of oestrogel at night fine.  Trying to up oestrogel but every time I try a tiny bit more in morning atrophy gets more sore & I get trace of blood, when I go back to 2 pumps that bleeding stops. I guess this will settle when my body adjusts again as I always have reaction when upping it. Thanks for your help.

Good morning ladies. I'm still trying to up my oestrogel, but my boobs and ears are sore and red which happens when I up. It's not settling though. I'm only taking 100mg utrogestan is that ok with 2 + tiny bit pumps. Thanks for your help.

Yes 100mg of Utrogestan is used up to 4 pumps unless you have bleeding and then it’s advised to raise it to 200mg.

Thank you for your reply Dotty, that's put my mind at rest 😊.

Maybe it doesn't like the tiny bit extra as it's different time from usual two pumps at night. Boobs so sore like when I started HRT in 1st place.

Perhaps you'd be better to stick to the 2 pumps and use localised oestrogen for the VA?
