Cutting patches and advice on extra sticky pads
« on: August 23, 2023, 04:01:19 PM »

Hi All

So I'd like to hear of any experiences, hopefully positive about reducing your estrogen patch down, say from 75mg to 60mg. (When a 50mg is too low).
I have gut my 75mg this morning after feeling absolutely dreadfully ill for the last week. 75mg is deffo too high.
Also, anyone know of the sticky pads that can help to stick the patches down better?

Thanks xxx

That sounds awful. I really hope reducing it helps you to feel better again.
