Hi Losingtheplot.

Sorry you’re struggling with awful symptoms.

I could have written your post, the joint pain was hideous, nothing eased it. I started on two pumps of Oestrogel and sequi Utrogestan two years ago, joint pain in my hands stopped immediately. After 3 months I moved to 4 pumps daily in a desperate attempt to stop hip pain, it worked quickly. I no longer get any form of joint pain.

We all respond to HRT so differently and equally our symptoms affect our lives so differently. Thank God we have options to get through.

Good luck and sending hugs.

Hi AmandaJR

Ahh this is reassuring! Thank you. I will stick with the HRT now I am using the gel everyday and remain hopeful it may help the joint pain.
I do remember feeling some benefit in the beginning, sadly my body wasn't getting the correct amount of gel consistently so I feel this has been the issue. I will stick with the original dosage for at least 3 months and then assess things. I have to say my pains havent been as bad today but stiffness is still there. Slow but positive steps.

I am pleased it helped your joint aches. Take Care
