Perhaps start with 1 pump as prescribed for 10 days then up the dose to two, maybe adding that on alternate nights to see how the breasts respond?

Sometimes our own hormones can over ride HRT so that the body doesn't know whether She's flying a bike or riding a kite
. Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom dairy of use to chart progress.
Let us know how you get on.

If the patch is due for a change, then do so. Keep that part of the regime 'as normal'.

U could also put a message in your identical thread, i.e. "please respond to my other post"

Hi Boombod
I think when I changed over I probably pulled off the patch and rubbed on the gel walking out of the pharmacist
The patches didn't absorb well on me and I was desperate to try something else. I started on two pumps but quite quickly moved to three.
Good luck and I hope you feel good soon! Xxxxx

Forgot to say, yes if two pumps do one on each area - so one pump in each leg\ upper arm etc.
Good luck
