Brain fog
« on: August 10, 2023, 05:31:42 PM »

Hi ladies, I'm just wanting a bit of advice on the gel, I've been on 2 pumps of gel now for around 5 months, my brain fog improved alongside my mood after several weeks of starting it, however for around a month now my brain fog is back! My mood is fine but I also still have low libido, I'm just wondering if I should try 3 pumps to see if the brain fog improves, any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Lisa

They say it takes 3 months before we will know if our HRT needs a tweak and you have been on this dose for 5 months so I would increase the gel. Sometimes brain fog can be caused by low oestrogen. Hopefully another pump (or half if you are sensitive to changes) will help. :)
