Hi

Just a quick update…

HRT helping with Anxiety but not daily nausea so GP prescribed propanolol to see if would help with the nausea.

GP prescribed SR 80mg Propanolol capsules. I couldn’t even manage a week as they gave me really bad headaches.

GP has now prescribed 10mg Propanolol which I can take 3 times a day. My nausea is worse when I wake up so I’m not sure whether to take one at bedtime and another one when I waken. I’m working every day so taking one in the morning doesn’t really appeal as I have to drive to work etc.

Any advice would be appreciated if you have been on 10mg Propanolol.

Thank you.
