Does anyone suffer dizziness post menopause, I'm only just past the 12 months by 5 weeks,

It has been very hot and the pressure has been high. Your headache sounds like a pressure headache. I have been getting them often. Could this be causing your headaches?

Tension headaches are like a tight hat round your head. Usually when you're stressed and the tension builds up in your neck. These headaches are quite common, try relaxing your neck muscles a massage might help.
