I just upped my Evorel to 125 by cutting up patches .
16 years ago I started on 50 and then rapidly to 75 . Several years later moved to 100 and now 2 years ago I think moved to 150 which was too high so back down to 125 which is fine for now . I change the patch every 3 days as if I go to the 4 th day my sleep isn’t so good and anxiety sets in .

Didn’t bother informing gp of this as the local practice think I have been on it for far too long ( not sure why they think this but suspect it’s old info they have ) however they won’t actually stop it .
