This was one of my main menopause signs never had night sweats but wanted to rip myself to shreds but found increasing my oestrogen this has completely gone away. I am now on a 100mg patch which has totally stopped the itchiness and enables me to get a decent nights sleep which has had a positive knock on effect with my other symptoms. But feel your pain as it use to drive me bonkers x
