This has been a revelation to me and explains why when I switched from a 100 patch to 3 sprays I  struggled and struggled with mood - for a whole year - because I was on half the dose I need! GP, a specialist menopause GP and a GP pharmacist did not pick up on this. Thankful I have an answer now.

I am also struggling with mood and currently using 50mcg of gel. I have however had similar problems when on higher doses plus some bleeding and breast tenderness. For this reason I am reluctant to increase my gel at the moment but it is reassuring to read that 100mcg works for you.

It is unbelievable that all the medics you consulted didn't realise that your dose was lower on Lenzetto. The clinic I am with are always keen to increase the Oestrogen which is how I ended up on 300mcg at one point!

I think lenzetto was a special case. When it first came out 1 spray was supposed to be equivalent to 2pumps gel but when people used it it became clear it was much weaker than they claimed. Doesn't say a lot for the testing
