Hi everyone

1st time posting here. I have recently switched from Estradot to Oestrogel due to issues in obtaining patches (have managed to source a good supply of Oestrogel). I was on a 75 Estradot patch so have moved to 3 pumps of gel - 2 am and 1 pm.

I have only been doing this for a week but I feel pretty bleurgh. Really bad nausea and unsettled stomach. Is it just the change over and maybe I am absorbing more Oestrogen now and it needs to settle or has anyone found Oestrogel to be stronger than the patch?

I switched the other way and found estradot stronger than gel but perhaps we absorb differently.

Did you find you needed sometime to settle down when switching?
