Hello,

I'm new here, please can anyone help?
I have had to cut my patch in half because of the shortages in patches. Should I also then, take one progesterone pill instead of two?

Hello and welcome to the forum. Is there an option to try a different patch? I know there are Evorel, Estradot and Estraderm. If you decrease the dosage you need then it may not be enough for you and will not help with your symptoms.

If you are taking Destrogestal as the progesterone then you will still need two pills.
