Iv been on evorel conti patches for 4months I'm been fine apart from a few vague side effectst the first 2weeks, I'm now experiencing dizziness weak muscles and fatigue,  I thought most side effects where at the start but not mine it seems has anyone experienced this as I'm tempted to stop using them. Thanks everyone

they say you need to use patches (or HRT tablets) for 3 months before you know where you are with them. So it sounds like the evorel conti might not suit you too well. Maybe you'd be better on another mix - definitely discuss with your GP/HRT nurse - there are always options (supply chain issues notwithstanding).

Is it possible you have a bug? It's unusual for symptoms like this to start after 4 months (unless it's an allergic reaction but that doesn't quite fit either).
