Sorry this hasn't given you the results you need Nas. I know it's suggested 3 months trial on new regimes, but this sounds extreme for you right now.
What now for you? Are you letting to of the hrt completely to try other ways to control each symptom separately?
You seem to have given it a fair go in so different combinations. How are you doing lifestyle wise? The exercise and eating (and not the evil biscuits I add)😂.
sometimes I can't even remember what I was like before all this hormonal Crap hit big time, and I know you said before not being off all hrt made you feel vulnerable. I think I would feel a bit that way it I stopped. Did you go the supplement way?
