Hello Flowergirlphilly

I had many of the physical and emotional symptoms of the menopause which mainly began in post meno.

After three years of struggling I decided to ask for HRT. I also bought a book about the menopause written by a female MD. This book helped me to understand the many varied effects of falling Oestrogen and confirmed that my troublesome mood swings were hormone related.

Your symptoms sound typically hormonal to me and replacing and balancing those hormones is likely to be all you need to do.

I hope your appointment goes well on Thursday and do please let us know how you get on.

Wishing you well and take care.

K.
