CBD doses confusion
« on: March 28, 2023, 03:09:45 PM »

I'm trialling some CBD capsules to help with anxiety and sleep and am a bit confused by the doses.
I bought some capsules by a brand called fourfive that says 300 mg CBD isolate on the front but on the back it says each capsule is 10.0 mg CBD. How does this work and how is the difference in numbers explained?

Also be glad to hear if anyone has recommendations of good CBD supplements and/or quantities - though I realise this will vary greatly according to the individual (not interestested in gummies however as they either contain sugar or dubious sugar alternatives).
Thanks ladies

Sorry I can't help with the dosage side of things, perhaps you could email the shop you bought them from?
I've been using herbal health gummies for quite a while now  :)

Hi laszla, a company called Blessed is very good with a simple explanation form. If you Google them their website used to have an explanation. I agree it is so complicated for mere post-menopausal ladies to work out or explain!! Good luck.
