Light Hearted Books...

Hi all

Moderator - please move if i have posted in wrong area :)

I thought I saw in one of the magazines a book that takes a light hearted approach to the Menopause - does anyone know what is was please? Or any other recommendations on books - fiction or non-fiction that takes you on the Menopause journey but in a different way to the reference books.

Hi MazRia, There are loads of menopause books on amazon that look light hearted. I can't remember one specifically but there is loads of choice on there.

Waitrose sell a mag aimed at menopause  :-\.  Probably issued monthly?
