Hi. Thought my body was relatively ok with 1 & a half sachets of Sandrena and cyclical 200mg of Utrogestan.  Had blood test and needed another half sachet of Sandrena.   Took that for a month but cortisol surges in the morning came back so reduced back to 1 & a half sachets.  Then bleeding has started to be a problem - longer than the 4 days I had been having each month and becoming more irregular (12 days on, 8 days off, 4 days on etc).   My migraines are getting worse from having panicky dreams and off they start banging away.  Spoke to my Dr and she wasn’t bothered about the bleeding situation and said the only other option was the Mirena coil.  Sorry but I’ve never wanted that and am now wondering whether to find a menopause specialist or   what to do as I’m getting surges again in the morning and then it’s taking over me again.  Any help/thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi!  is the HRT helping with any of your symptoms?

Many do get on with the Mirena which can be removed if it fails to suit.

How is your diet overall?  I was advised to eat little and often to ease anxiety surges.  That is, every 3 hours even in the night. 

It won't do any harm to get onto a specialist menopause clinic list.  Blood tests are reliably unreliable!  How often do you use the 1.5 sachets?
