Hi i'm 56 next month and post menopause 6 years and started evorel conti yesterday for in the main awful joint pain low mood and insomnia, how soon did you notice a difference? i've took it before for 6 months but stopped due to a breast lump which was thankfully fine but never went back on it and i can't really remember, i seem to feel so different today after 36 hrs surely that's not possible 🤪
