Hi all,
I am very lucky to have Bupa medical care,  has anyone use Bupa for medical help and advice with menopause/ post menopause.  Thank you

I went via the Spire, which I think was bupa. I did pay privately for my treatment, but saw a fantastic consultant who advised on HRT and did my hysterectomy. He also specialised in HRT which I found very helpful

  been to drs today have gave me some more patches and tablets same dose but also been given anti ds because the HRT woked pretty well they say to try again another few months with the anti ds and see how they work so i am hopeful. thanks for all the support and kind words much love and light to you all Tammy xxxxx

Hey Tammy,

Thanks for the update. You sound so much happier. Good you got your appt today and I hope AD's give you the extra  support. Many women take them along side the hrt, I was on them last year and they helped me when I needed them most. I have an option of  anti anxiety meds to be taken as and when, so it is often a medication which is used concurrent with hrt.

I see previous messages that your family have a better understanding of what you are going through too, which is such a positive thing.
