Has anyone switched from Estrodot (50) to Everol conti ...any ill effects? Weight gain/depression/migraines etc?

I have had problems with intermittent shows for ages ...been for countless scans etc.  Nothing wrong they can see and haven't had a show since last October...until this week.  Been feeling off it for a few days, especially mentally off it....a bit like I used to feel before I went onto HRT...v anxious, catastrophising, driving a bit of a nightmare as think cars are closer than they are, just not feeling mhyself...then had a show the day before yesterday.

Phoned doctor, referred for a scan but this doctor also said perhaps would be good to switch to evorol conti as the progesterone is in the patch rather than delivered via tablet form and that might be better for me.  I am ok on the Estrodot..am on 50 with utrogeston 100 ...but could be better perhaps.  Are they very different?
