Would anyone be able to advise - if you have Utrogestan vaginally, does this take away any side effects? Have been on a continuous 100 regime but never feel great. Any advise would be much appreciated.

using the utro vaginally does lessen side effects as it isnt going through the whole digestive process.
hope this helps xx

Thank you for the reply, I see that you have same symptoms as me - although I have had digestive issues too.

Yes I do, I had a consultant change my hrt from patches to a very low dose tablet. I have since gone back to patches but it brought on tinnitus so much worse again - so frustrating. If there is a dip in oestrogen I can feel it definitely gets worse.

i got tinnitus when my estrogen levels last year were only 19. i went on hrt last august to try and increase them. i didnt even know tinnitus was a menopause symptom until i came on here.
im on oestrogel and utrogestan. my tinnitus is ok actually however my sleep (which used to be fantastic) is still a work in progress.
this really is a great forum with lots of support and help.
take care xxx
