I had a few cold sweats after my evening bath for a few weeks.  Skin itched for a few months.  Don't anticipate something that might never happen ;-).  Treat each day as 'now'

I’ve noticed that the spotting I’m having increases with exercise, even light exercise.

Is this due to the increase in blood flow to the uterus during any exercise

Just something I’ve noticed over the past week of spotting

Can be light brown and then after any exercise the colour changes to a darker colour

I would think it's exercise related, certainly when I had heavy periods, when I moved the clots would drop

Some women never get a hot flush/sweat. You may be one of those

However, many GPs still believe that a loss of periods and hot flushes are the main symptoms of peri

Yeah that’s what I thought. Until last year I had very have periods then they changed to much more manageable x

Well today the bright red light bleeding is back🙄

So started with 4 days of spotting, then 16 days light bleeding then a week of spotting again. Now back to bright red bleeding again

What is going on ?? Is this the same bleed or is the spotting in between a ‘break’.

I have absolutely no idea what is going on anymore 🫤

I am really sorry this is still going on for you curlygirl. I understand how confusing and distressing it is. I think peri can be like this. You have spoken to your GP and they are not concerned so I hope that helps to reassure you.

When I saw my GP it had been going on for 2.5 weeks. Tomorrow it will be a month of something continually

My next appointment is 28th April. I hope it’s not still going by then🫤

I find peri so changeable. One minute everything is stable and then something like this happens. I have noticed many threads with women bleeding like this on here. I understand it is concerning especially as you have health anxiety.

Hopefully it will stop soon. I know you will be hoping it is each day. I am okay thank you.

This is the first time this has happened to me and took me completely by surprise.

Only just started missing periods and this happens

It’s no fun at all🫤

Oh yes, the health anxiety has me ‘dying’ of all sort of things in my head

I do wake up each day hoping that it will have stopped, but hasn’t as yet. Been a few times I thought it might be, but no ……..
