I have been on the pill now continuously for about 15 years due to really heavy bad periods....

I have to come off it in August when I turn 55 years old.

Has any one else done this as I don't know what to expect.

I have had spotting in the last 15 years but not ' a period'.

I am hoping my body has gone past the period stage or am I in for a rough time?
