Testosterone fail.
« on: March 18, 2023, 06:55:22 PM »

Done my 4 months on Testogel, and nothing. Not a positive or a negative. Nada. I wouldn’t even know I’d started.

I’m distraught. My marriage is on the line with lack of libido, and I’m absolutely gutted it’s not helped with the last of my symptoms or sex drive. Not to mention it’s cost me hundreds and hundreds to go privately.

Has anyone else been in the same boat?  I don’t quite know where else to turn. I’m 41, and not ready to retire from the bedroom yet :(

You could get your levels checked and see if there is room to increase your dose? Maybe try rubbing it in a different place? Were you on adequate oestrogen before you started?

How much Testogel are you using ?

It can take 6 months for testosterone to have any effect.

Are you on continuous progesterone or anti depressants uncannylizard? Both can have a dampening down of libido x

Thanks all, I’m on the 1/8 sachet a day, and on 10mg Estradot with 200mg Progesterone every cycle.

I’m currently doing inside thigh,  but open to suggestions!
