Hi I have been on it about 8 months now. It’s really helped me. I found an improvement in libido really quickly and definitely helped my focus which although had improved with hrt this helped more. The only thing that didn’t improve as much as I hoped was my tiredness but that might be just other health issues rather than menopause.
The only negative which is minor that I have only noticed very recently is the area I apply the gel, inner thighs, has got darker, courser hair growth now, but not bad at all.
I have no plans to stop taking it, it has made a huge difference to me.
