Is it normal to feel terrible after reducing to half a patch?
« on: February 04, 2023, 10:35:48 AM »

Hi I’ve been on Everol Conti 50 for a week and was concerned I was having side effects to the progesteren (am know to be intolerant) as wasn’t feeling good so yesterday I reduced to a half patch as thought maybe I should start lower. I felt really terrible over night and this morning - anxious knot in stomach, nausea, shaky and had the worst night sleep, feeling v agitated. Could this be down to just reducing by half a patch? could that happen so fast and so severely? Or more likely to be side effects from the whole week of it building up? Ugh I feel in such a mess  :'(
