Utrogestan timing cyclical hrt
« on: February 06, 2023, 01:12:15 PM »

Hi, I’ve recently switched back to cyclical hrt from conti, as it was too soon for me. I’ve been told to take it for 12 to 14 days per month, but I’m wondering if I can slightly change the number of days off Utrogestan to just 13 this month, rather than 16 or 14. This is so that I can avoid potential withdrawal symptoms on a work day(normally insomnia!)! Is this ok for just one or two months until it better fits with my work schedule, then I will resume the usual regime? Has anyone else done this? Thanks!
