Would a support group or counselling help? I think you need to go back to your GP and asked for a referral, just prescribing more drugs is obviously not enough and you need someone who knows more about this than your doctor.

In that regard I’m pretty well supported. I have a support group, counselling, etc. I have also been through multiple perinatal psychiatrists. The answer is always more drugs and not much else. It doesn’t feel like this is my thoughts - it is a bodily thing. Hard to describe really but I feel something is very amiss in my body. I’ve recently started bio P again and seen some positive effects but too early to tell. I think I’m going to look into a bhrt specialist like Marion Gluck clinic or Sohere Roked

It sounds like you've tried everything. Maybe you just need time for your body to recover, is bio P vitamins? Have you been tested fot vitamin deficiency?
