Patch v. Gel
« on: January 27, 2023, 10:46:13 PM »

Hi, I live in Canada and we are starting to experience the same availability issues with estrogen gel that you have been experiencing in the UK for the past 5 years.  I’m just curious if it’s worth continuing to try and source the gel or just cut my losses and start using the patch?  Is the gel really that much better than the patch?  I’m mega stressed out right now trying to figure out what to do as I’m nearly out of the gel!

Gel is good for varying the dose but once you know the best dose for you it's just personal preference. I find estradot patch better than oestrogel which for me was better than evorel.
