Oestrogen levels on 75mg patch

Has anyone had blood tests done whilst on a 75mg patch?
If so, what where they please?
My levels were measured 24 hours after my patch was replaced and it was 129 pmol!
Ideally would like my levels at at least 400 pmol, but can’t imagine how I’d get to that with a patch alone!!!

Are you experiencing symptoms still? If so, it’s either the dose isn’t high enough, or you are not absorbing. Do you rotate the area you stick the patch on?
Have you tried the 100 patch ?
I think have a similar issue. My symptoms are back, but the 100 patch makes me feel quite ill.
My levels were 300 in July last year on the 75. I expect they are much lower now.

Thanks Nas - At the moment, I’m changing my patch every 3 days to avoid mood dips. The day of the new patch, I feel the best. With good sleep, mood and energy.
I wonder whether topping up with something else may be better rather than upping the patch.
May repeat the blood test in a month to see where I am.

Yes I was on 75 Evorel Conti and after 1 year of a gradual increase from 25 patch to this, I had a blood test and my estrogen was 82mmol !
I clearly am not absorbing transdermally, as I am 6 weeks into using Oestrogel and Utrogestan.after being switched over and my symptoms have not improved. God knows what to do now. Struggling with the most awful fatigue and body pain. I might post separately for some insight

Yes it’s hard to know what to do isn’t it? You could try adding an extra pump of gel each day, to see if that helps? I’m adding in half a sachet of sandrena each day, to the 75 patch, but it’s not doing much.
In truth, I’ve got no clue anymore. It’s a total minefield to me and so much trial, error and patience!

buffy, have you tried oral hrt ? You might absorb that better?
Have you had your iron levels checked recently ?
Hope you find relief soon.

Thank you Nas, I think oral might be the next option. My doc said last resort for me. My mum had DVT and me Endometriosis. Will need to read up on oral and see what the risks/benefits are.Iron levels are good, they were checked recently too.
I think I might ask my GP when I can be checked by blood tests to see if I have absorbed the gel at all. Its been 6 weeks now. According to the specialist it has to be 12 weeks
