Patch to lenzetto
«
on:

Hi all,
Has anyone made the swap from patch to lenzetto?
I’m currently on the 75 patch, but not absorbing much I don’t think. My specialist is sending over a prescription for lenzetto and said use one spray daily??
Is this going to be enough I’m
asking myself, as I desperately need help with my atrocious sleep!
Thanks again 😀

Hi - Lenzetto is actually proving to be weaker than originally thought so 1 spray certainly would not equate to a 75 patch. Maybe have another word with your doctor? It is about absorption rates too of course - I never absorbed the gel at all which is why I was swapped to the patches - what suits one person doesn't suit another. I hope so much you get things sorted. There are some wonderfully knowledgeable people on here who I am sure will be able to advise you x

Lenzetto is weaker. Based on studies I’d say you would need 5 or 6 sprays to be the equivalent, but, you may absorb the Lenzetto better compared to the patches. 3 sprays is roughly equivalent to a 50mg patch.

Thanks both.
I have heard lenzetto is weaker than first thought.
No harm in trying I guess.
Such a blooming roller coaster of a journey!

Nas - you are so right it is such a roller coaster. I've been on 4 different types of HRT over the last year and don't want another year like it
Hope so much the Lenzetto works for you. It certainly is very easy to use and dries really quickly xx

Good luck with it Nas, it could be the one. I’ve been trying for the last four years and almost exhausted all options.
