Hi ladies
I am trying varies things in relation to progesterone as its not been an easy ride.
I am now on 100mg vaginally each day, don't feel great but it is only day 7. Ive tried orally, vaginally 200mg, mirena coil.....I did try 100mg daily in Dec but it didnt go well, but I stopped for 4 weeks and am trying again and whilst its not great its no way as bad as the first attempt.
Anyone feel great after a period of time on this regime, looking for some happy stories to give me some hope. I really want this to work...
My anxiety went when I upped the estrogen to 100mg, but has now come back, so I have just upped to 125mg - meno told has said its fine but if it works we will need to increase progesterone too.
