The first time I missed a period was in October 2016. After that, from January 2017 to December 2018, I had a period every other month. Then, in January, February & March 2019, I had a period each month. After this, the frequency was every 3 months until January 2020 when I had my last period. So I would say the whole process lasted around 4 years. I've never been on HRT so I could monitor what was happening.
