Has anyone ever heard of someone getting endo cancer while on a combination birth control pill? Just curious.

Are you referring to endometrial cancer?,  does it not say in the PIL that comes with it , they almost certainly would make a patient aware of any potential risks using a medication .

I think I read somewhere that women who have used oral contraceptives have a lower risk of endometrial cancer.

Lowers risk of ovarian and endometrial cancers. Slightly raises breast cancer risk.

I don't think there's anything that will make you immune from cancer.
