Thanks Dotty, but this only confused me even more! Clearly, if I was at home I'd have been given the gel + P. I have taken Wrensong's advice and have sent Dr Currie an email. I'll see what she says. I was out with the girls last night and they all said to get a second gyne opinion about the progesterone (or lack of prescription of progesterone I mean). Watch this space...

hi you can use some POP for the progesterone part of hrt but you have to take 3 a day I think.
