I'm sat here debating the pros and cons as to whether to take my HRT tablet tonight. I'm on elleste duet, been on it for 4 months. I mainly went on it for VA. It hasn't made a difference to that I don't think, also on Vagifem. My main problems have been headaches and hairless, my hair has gone so thin. It was okay before commencing HRT. The nurse said it just happens in menopause but for me it's a bit of a coincidence. What should I do xxx

I tried Elleste Duet for a few months and my hair was falling out really fast, one of my eyebrows has gone also. Stopped taking elleste and went onto premique low dose, my hair has started to come in again. Premique comes with other symptoms though.

Really that's interesting because the nurse said it's unusual. Having bloods done but know it isn't that. Thays the trouble isn't it, I think they all come with some consequences xx
